Aetna is my supplemental insurance for Medicare, I find the coverage great but it's expensive. There is no coverage for dental or hearing aids which seniors really need. I had a hip replacement and between Medicare and Aetna I never saw a bill for the replacement or subsequent PT. For 2 people it was $1300/month with individual $6,950 deductables and a Max out of pocket of around 13k. We briefly went through the market place for High marks which wasn't as bad, about half the price but 3 times the coverage. But my wife now has fantastic insurance through highmark. $220/month 1350 deductable.
