They wipe down the seats in between each donor. The customer service here is excellent! The overall vibe here is just all around pleasant! The people who work here seem to actually enjoy their jobs. They have seating, so you don't have to stand around to wait.The staff is always nice but the Grifols system could be better/quicker process for donors. I can donate in 25-35 minutes but due to their screening system I generally have to set aside 1.5-2 hours because they appear to be short staffed most of the time. Today I was there 2hr and 10 min with a 32 min donation time.
