Don't ever use GoSplitty. Don't ever use GoSplitty. A complete rip off. I booked a hotel in St. Pete Beach. They actually evacuated the hotel because of the recent hurricane. GoSplitty still has not refunded my payment. They kept the entire $200. Haven't responded to any emails or answered any phone calls. I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. Fraud company. I booked hilton hotel through this site. Hilton had a technical problem with the swimming pool and at check in I was given the option to cancel booking with no fees as the advertisement included a swimming pool. This was later not refunded by gosplitty.fraudsters. Date of experience: 31 July 2023.Can't modify reservations, but easy to rebook. I needed to change a reservation.
