The frame on the 30SF and 30S are the same. The 30S uses the Glock 36 slide on the 30SF frame. If you are getting it to use as a range toy then get the 30SF. The heavier slide makes it more comfortable to shoot. If you are getting it to carry get the 30S. The slide is lighter, thinner and much easier to carry.

The 30S has the SF frame. The SF, regular and Gen4 frames are the same width. The grip, front to back, is shorter on the SF and Gen4 models than on the regular G30. Glock should just make the SF models the standard now. There really isn't any point in having the current standard frame anymore.
Both the 33 and 30SF are noticeably more than the 26, but not objectionable. I am assuming the 33 is similar to the 27; I have fire a Sig 229 with both barrels and can’t tell much difference. The 33 is quick where the 30 is more of a push. I've had the 3" xds .45 and still have a 30s. I didn't care for the feel of the Xds and I didn't like the trigger. The 30s felt much better to me and was naturally easier to control with follow ups.
