The TB675EC is a 4 cycle trimmer which means you don't have to do any kind of special oil mixing before hand. There is a separate oil tank and gas tank that the trimmer mixes together as needed. The user doesn't have to worry about it! As far as gas goes I can't recommend enough that you only use a gas that is ethanol free.
