Fedex package shows delivered but not.
But Fedex and other carriers do drop off packages at post office, just not in to the PO Box. Then USPS will sort and put those in the PO Box. The tracking shows its been dropped off and signed for by a worker at the post office. But this person claimed they were not there to sign for it.
