Moveset. PvE is pretty subjective. The Black Knight Sword is best against demons, whilst the Wolf Knight Greatsword comes out on top against abyssal creatures. Anything is viable if you have the right build, and the minor differences between some of the best in the class don't really matter. PvP is a different story.
