I think sets like that are exclusive to Xur on a weekend. I could be wrong but he tends to bring a reissued armour set occasionally. I know the Paraversal Haul can drop the Braytech set, I think DoE drops are the same as the Hauls. Just got the legs from the Braytech set tonight in a normal round of Dares.
