Hello, I have a newly installed nest hello that works well aside from the indoor mechanical chime not working. I have a standard north american doorbell transformer, I measured it at 28vac. if I short the terminals at the doorbell it chimes properly, which makes me think there isn't an issue with the "chime connector" piece.
