Eating at zulrah is 0 time, as soon as it dives you have time to eat without any DPS loss. The only way you could argue this increases DPS is that you have to eat a little more food due to venom damage (which isn't much, since you can sip your antipoison once damage reaches 6 or 8 to reset it), so you have to bank a little more often.
