After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. Additionally it appears that Tivo App (Android) sees the Tivo, however when I attempt to connect to the box it just hangs. and sometimes provides a 'Signon Error' message.
