Momentum is still very negative. Indexes shooting up towards VWAP near the close was a bunch of short covering imo. Nobody wanted to hold positions into the weekend. On Thursday when markets bounced higher, the VIX remained elevated. I'll be watching VIX and UVXY for key levels on Monday, basically a repeat of Thursday, and continue to go short.
