The Hearty Appetite trait in the game can be a challenging one to manage, as it leads to constant hunger and the tendency to overeat. This can result in weight gain, which can be a problem as it reduces the character's base carry weight.I'm sitting at 83 kilos(?) right now on my character and i don't want to gain more but my hunger moodle is pretty hungry now. Will I starve if I just don't eat until my weight goes down a bit? Thanks!A characters 'stomach' can hold up to 3700 calories and so long as it's above 2000 you have a chance to gain weight. Fats from food increase these odds. As you do various physical activities you burn away calories or metabolize some as weight. You can gain up to 3kg a day assuming you keep a full calorie count most of the day.

Having a play through with these negative options in order to get the positives I want. My thoughts were I could exercise and diet to remove/reduce the effects or will that not work(I ask as I keep getting killed trying to learn the new version)?
