Nov 9 got it in field for half day. Nov 10 blew belt - the little plug was out of the cover.I am experiencing two consistent gear malfunction issues with my new 2020 Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000. One thing is you don't put a 20 amp fuse in a 10amp spot because a fuse is a circuit Protector and puting a 20 in a 10 would damage whatever is on that circuit. You should've put in a 10 amp fuse and not a 20 Amp fuse then you would've not had a problem.2014 RGR 900 XP Problems. No it did nothing like it was dead. No codes nothing. My buddy came over and noticed a problem with the steering rack and I am asking any of you with a new Ranger to see if y’all have the same problem. You may not know it. Look under the hood where your steering shaft connects to the rack and pinion.

I have recharged the batt (13.2v). I checked the ac volts from the stator and in a nutshell at 1000rpm 19.6v, 3000rpm 45v and 5000rpm 74v. So it now points to the regulator.
