I think the best katana to dual wield with the nagakina is the hand of malenia because the length is similar. Use dual scimitars. Rivers of Blood or Nagakiba which is better if build right. RoB aka the gank spammer 3000. RoB is subpar other than its weapon art. If you want to use the entire moveset, Nagakiba is going to be better for you. If you want to mindlessly hit L2, RoB wins.I don't think bloody slash does more damage.
