I got 3 so far by doing that. Summit is a bit more iffy and definetely slower compared to open world activity.Some backpack talents, like Creeping Death are unique and can't be replicated. Others, like Vigilance or Combined Arms could probably be compensated for or even surpassed through more brandset bonuses. Running a single Picaro's with this might already obviate Memento in many builds (e.g. Red Future Initiative).
