Kotor canon ending.
At the end of the day Kreia is a sith trying to bend reality to her whims regardless of who gets hurt. Same story as every sith who's ever lived. But she has a unique take on it. My overall point here is don't read too deeply into KOTOR 2. The game is designed to puzzle you and make you ask questions.
Its definitely a whatever you prefer scenario. Don't play to enforce an idea. Play to see the outcome that you want as you proceed. Each choice is yours. I personally feel LS/Male and LS/Female, respectively, are the best stories for the games, so in that respect I would say yes. But I also wouldn't feel beholden to that, at least not to the ...KoTOR, as we know it, will never be canon. They might use it as a sort of framework to create a new Mandalorian Wars, maybe with some of the same characters and events. Revan for example is technically canon know, a strong case can be made HK-47 is as well. Kotor II got rushed a bit in production. As the dark side ending the drone tries to reactivate the mass shadow generator to destroy the planet but is stopped by goto.
