This may restore your Uconnect. It worked for me when mine was acting up.

At the next rest area I pulled fuse F76, waited a couple of minutes, then reinstalled F76. Fixed. That was on our '21 Pacifica. Years ago the navigation was acting up on our '18 Pacifica. Dealer had to replace the radio unit. The pull-and-replace-F76 trick didn't work on that one.

The USB port will intermittently loose power and in that case, nothing works. Pulling Fuse 76 will reset the entire UConnect system, but that seems to be an overkill. Pulling Fuse 28 (labelled USB-IP, Instrument Panel) reliably resets the USB port and restores 5V power to the port and everything works as expected.
