Open the Cemu application. Right click on the game you'd like to import save data to. Click Save directory. Enter the user folder. Copy over your save data to that folder. If there is a 80000001 folder already there, rename it to something else. This will make your old save data inaccessible until you rename it back.

I just updated BOTW for DLC 2, but now my BOTW editor won't pull up my items/let me edit anything. Quirks. botw_flag_util does not need a Bootup.pack present in your mod to do its thing. If one is not present, it will copy it from your game dump into your mod files and then edit that copy. A new copy of gamedata.ssarc and savedataformat.ssarc will always be written to Bootup.pack, even if no changes were made.

Don't take my word for it, but when I looked at the save folder structure of BotW from Cemu and compared it to yuzu they looked very similar. I've been thinking to try to make a kind of starter save in BotW in Cemu using this savefile editor and then use that save in yuzu but I haven't tried it yet. Very very tempted!
