I got several problems with my 65" Samsung TV ($1689) and Asurion agreed to replace it. However, while this TV, bought in 2017 was top tier middle range, they'll replace it by an entry level $1000 65" Samsung, only has 2 HDMI, while my tv has 3 (they basically told me to suck it ). Controller is currently on sale compared to Best Buy. Comes out to retail price with Amazon’s protection plan which is Asurion. I know if you buy from Best Buy you can walk in and request a new controller with geek squad but not sure how Asurion works and if it’s worth the hassle compared to Best Buy. Thanks.
