When I got home, I let it run for about 15 minutes then disconnected the battery. The blower motor then shut off. After about 10 seconds I reconnected the battery and the blower was off.

When motor is off i can still turn the fan so it isnt stuck ingaged like i thought but when truck is on the fan is always engaged. ford said that I just need whole new clutch and that you cant just replace the sensor.The best remedy for this is getting your A/C serviced.
